PMM100 Handheld Plate Beveller

Plate Thickness: 3mm Upwards

For the deburring of outer and inner outlines, bevelling, milling of radii and bore holes from 20 mm Ø. Especially developed to produce clean visible edges and to prepare welds.
Easy to use, features tool-less adjustment of bevel height. Handy and powerful, for construction steels, stainless steels, aluminium and other materials.
Bevelling heads are avialable for angles from 22.5 degrees to 60 degrees(other angles available on request).

Available in Electric(110v or 220v) and Pneumatic.

PMM155 Handheld Plate Beveller

Plate Thickness: 3mm Upwards

The PMM155 Bevelling Machine is a portable, handy beveling machine for and radius beveling. It can also perform countersinking beveling of holes minimum 50mm diameter.
One milling head enables the radiusing of 3, 4 or 5mm with use of 4 indexable inserts. Five milling heads enable beveling at 22.5°, 30°, 37.5°, 45° or 60° (other angles upon request).
Compact, lightweight design and small overall dimensions make the PMM155 an excellent tool for any application, especially those when access is limited.

The PMM155 is available in Electic(110v or 220v) or Pneumatic.

PMM200 Handheld Plate Bevelling Machine

The PMM200 - Is a new generation, easy to use, portable, heavy duty machine designed for bevelling steel plates prior to welding. This bevelling machine is fitted with two milling heads each holding six inserts, allowing smooth operation and exceptional efficiency.
The PMM200 incorporates many safety features. It has a state of the art electronic control module protecting the operator, machine and tools. It is equipped with guide rolls, which make it easy and light to operate.
