PIPE bench orbital pipe saws are the low cost and practical solution to cut almost all types of metal pipe. Cutting is executed by manually rotating the machine around the pipe. The pipe is cut with one rotation. It is powered by a powerful and sturdy electric motor equipped with speed regulator. The pipe saws produce a square, burr-free cut that does not require any further dressing. 
Three models are available in the range, The PIPE 4 (½" to 4½"), The PIPE 8 (3"-8") and The PIPE 12  (8"-12"). The PIPE 8 and PIPE 12 are available with a motorization kit, which will rotate and cut the pipe automatically.

The lightweight construction and ease of set up and operation makes it ideal for site work applications. It is capable of cutting most materials including stainless steel. An electric version is also available, or a conversion kit to easily change from pneumatic to electric or vice versa.

‘E-Z’ Cut chain driven machine is the economical alternative to cutting and bevelling pipe from 2” and up. Our superior design and locking system ensures that your cuts finish where they started, no more off square cuts!. The ‘E-Z’ Cut is small and compact, strong and reliable used by contractors, welders and pipe fitters, equally at home on-site or in the workshop. This machine can be hand cranked around the pipe or driven by an electric motor with remote control.

Our Short saddle machines are the only single piece, short saddle machine on the market, providing you with consistently square and accurate cuts - cut after cut - year after year. Our short saddle machines can be used for oxy-acetylene, plasma or water jet cutting either perpendicular with or parallel to the pipe. They are designed to be dropped on the pipe like a saddle or slipped on from the end.

The MCA Clamshells range of portable cold pipe cutting and bevelling machines are designed for ease of use, even in difficult situations. Thanks to their split, low profile and lightweight frame they are the perfect machine for use when access to the pipe is restricted. Our range of clamshells will cover a range from 1" to 36" o/d. Larger sizes are available on request. Cutting and bevelling can be performed simultaneously, any type of weld prep can be achieved including compound angles and "j-preps". Our range of clamshells are available with pneumatic, electric and hydraulic motors.

The Supercutter range of split frame portable cold pipe cutting and bevelling machines are ruggedly designed to work in the most arduous conditions.
Both cutting and bevelling can be performed simultaneously. All types of weld preparations including compound angles and j-preps can be achieved on up to 60mm wall thickness. The Supercutter range is available in pneumatic and hydraulic.

Pipe Ltd introduce the HYPERCUTTER. A hydraulic cold cutting and beveling machine for the heaviest of applications, suitable for factory or on-site work.
Extremely rugged in design, the Hypercutter is equipped with 8 heavy duty locking feet for rapid set up on all pipe diameters within its range.
The unit is also equipped with two copier toolboxes with the spring loaded pipe OD tracking system, minimizing the bevel offset on out of round pipe.
As with all Pipe Ltd’s Cold Cutting & Beveling machines, the Hypercutter is a split frame design for ease of set up and operation along pipelines.
